TMA has the capability to manufacture pure lead and a range of lead alloys to stringent user / industry determined specifications.

TMA has 4 refining kettles with capacities of 10, 20,20 & 40 metric tonnes and an automatic casting machine that outputs 10 metric tonnes per hour of dross-free and smooth top pure lead ingots. TMA's pure lead ingots have a maximum purity level of 99.99%. TMA also has the capacity to produce a range of lead alloys as per customer requirements – lead alloys of calcium, antimony, tin and silver. TMA has alloying kettles with capacities of 60-70 tonnes per batch, equipped with preheating facilities. TMA's pure lead and range of lead alloys have found a ready market across India in the manufacture of pipes, plates, bullets, automotive and tubular grids and solder alloy.

The greyish coloured lead oxide is also known as lead sub oxide, grey oxide and battery oxide. TMA produces lead oxide in its ball mill with capacities of 10-30 tonnes per batch through the exothermic reaction.
